The Blank Canvas Project was created by artist Cedric Christie after seeing the dozens of tents given to the homeless and placed along the Canal Saint Martin in Paris.

The idea of the project is to create and exhibit an art installation comprising a group of pup tents, each of which will have been turned into an artwork, and each of which will later be auctioned in aid of charities designated by the artists.

The project was originally displayed at the Big Chill Festival and will then be displayed at various other venues before they are auctioned.

Serenity Foundation was one of the charities nominated to benefit from this amazing project.

You can read all about it at the project's website.
